Farm to Table - Kootenai County Fairgrounds
Coeur d'Alene, ID

Kids learn just how their food gets from the Farm to their table! Students visit our booth to hear about the impact of honey bees on agriculture. Students also get the opportunity to see and handle some beekeeping equipment and see the live bees in our display hive.

North Idaho State Fair - Kootenai County Fairgrounds
Coeur d'Alene, ID

Come visit with beekeepers to learn first-hand about the joys of beekeeping while you watch live bees in the display hives.
Learn about honey bees and their benefit to agriculture, our economy and our health.
As always, it's a great time to buy some local honey from our IEBA hives!
See honey and honey bee products related fair entries from North Idaho - there's always an abundance of blue ribbons!

 
Enter your honey (and anything else) at the fair! Anyone is eligible - even Washington residents can enter their exhibit items at the Idaho Fair.

Until August 2nd at 5 pm you can pre-enter your exhibit items for FREE:
  • Pre-enter online, or
  • ​Bring your entry form to the Fair Office (Bldg. 1).
     
On Entry-day August 15th from 7am-noon, and 1pm-7pm:
  • Bring your pre-entered exhibits to Bldg. 9. We will have your entry tags, or  
  • ​Bring your non pre-registered entries and enter them for $1 each.
 
We are looking for IEBA members to help man the IEBA fair booth for three and four-hour shifts.  Members from both Washington and Idaho can help out at the Idaho fair. It's a great opportunity to visit the fair for free!
